A social network for neighbors in the mobile app

Create an app from the scratch, thinking on all the structure, functionality, and UI. The goal of the app was to get funding and launch on the US market.

Easy to use, bright, and colorful — Good Neighbor re-thinks the idea of neighbor communication. Crystal clear UI/UX makes this idea accessible for anyone!
According to client requirements, this project started right from the detailed UX research. Once we’ve created a detailed information architecture for the future service, we were able to create an effective UI solution for the minimal loveable product launch.
As it is an app only for people living in the same building, we had to filter users. That’s how we’ve created a small test to make sure, that no strangers will break into the community.

The key pattern of the app is a simple feed. We’ve also used it for services that residents of the building have ordered. You can create a service and ask a pro for help anytime.
Sell, earn, and transfer money to neighbors.
Right in the app people can sell or buy anything and agree on the price in the chat. Exchanging things has never been this simple.
Residents can get updates about discounts
and offers near their home!
All the unique functions, allow Good Neighbor to create a real community and turning neighbors into friends and colleagues. Start feeling happy and safe in your house.
Another cool feature is unique offers. Neighbors can view events and get coupons from nearby places in the app. As well as get exclusives from restaurants and bars.
The app will regularly show people special offers and discounts in the places near their homes. This is the core idea of app monetization, so we’ve made this section extremely simple to use.
Stay in touch with all of your neighbors in chat
We designed the ultra-simple chat to allow people to solve issues, discussing, and even gossiping in the app. Now, you can get to know your neighbors better!
